This years production ‘Utopian’ is set to be another spectacular and fast-moving live performance which promises to keep you sitting on the edge of your seat.

 

Hot Ice is a dream that is brought to life by the stunning lighting that reflects the mood and magnificence of each scene. The young and dynamic skaters gracefully slide and glide into a world of creative paradise with intricate choreography performed with beautifully written music conceived and inspired by the greatest soundtracks of our lives.

 

The show is choreographed by Oula Jaaskelainen an Olympic athlete, who creates excitement by encouraging the performers to skate at high speeds with intricate footwork and spine-tingling jumps. The assistant choreographer is Lynsey Brown and she and Oula work together to inspire the skaters with their unique styles.

 

A DVD of the show may be purchased online or at The Pleasure Beach Arena. Many previous Hot Ice soundtracks can be found on iTunes. DVDs and soundtracks may also be purchased from the Pleasure Beach website or on-site at the arena.

 

Created by the talented Pleasure Beach Wardrobe Team, the show’s breath-taking costumes are undoubtedly the best you will see anywhere in the theatre world.

The majority of trips return from destination between 16:30 and 17:30. The driver will inform you of the exact time on the day, dependant on outward travel times. Whilst we do not guarantee a W/C on board most of our excursion fleet do have toilet facilities. For your comfort we allocate seating at time of booking, however reserve the right to alter or amend your seat allocation for utilisation purposes.
